A. Here is the thing. When interviewing for a job you should always wear a suit. When working in a job you should dress one level above what is recomended. So if the job is business casual than you should wear a suit without the jacket.

A. No one is going to do your homework for you- but a suggestion: Write down Uniforms & underneath it write down reasons why wearing a uniform would be good. Than write down reasons why it would be not such a good idea. Do the same for casual wear. From all the I think you'll surprise yourself at how many sentences you will be able to come up with. A. Themed outfits are always fun, but don't go overboard. Your idea sounds cool, but make sure the jeans are of extremely nice quality, no ripped jeans. Make the shirt really fun! Maybe white with ruffles? Just make sure to have fun with it!

A. i'm plus size too, partly due to side effects from meds, partly my fault, just letting myself go. and I started out with curves that only got curvier. I find tailored clothes that fit de-emphasize bulkiness. I just keep trying on clothes, and go for the proper fit, who cares what size. I like v-necks and boat necks and henleys to break up my large chest area. For shirts (that you leave untucked) a flattering length is right about your hip bone, covers the bad part of the tummy but is not challenged to cover all my butt. Finding pants can be a trauma, just keep looking and do not settle for something just because it covers you. even at my fav store i will try on 6 syles before i find one that isn't cut too short in the rise, or… [cont.]

A. Well, I think the point of casual is that you wear what makes you comfortable and you don't put too much thought into it. As long as it's clean and not immodest, wear what you wear around the house on the weekends. "Casual Day" is an opportunity for you to show your own personality and sense of style (no uniform) so don't worry TOO much about what others think or it's not casual anymore. :-) Have fun! If I had my druthers I'd wear my pink poodle pajamas on casual day...hahaha.

A. wear a cute sundress! That's feminine, sweet, demure, and yet very attractive. It's also appropriate for the season. There are cute sundresses everywhere right now! Don't get a maxi dress though. That hides your figure and they're unattractive on teenage girls. Where an above the knee one that's not too short. Nordstrom has some adorable ones right now as well as Forever 21. Of course so does Urban Outfitters, Pac Sun, American Eagle, A&F, Macy's, basically any store you'd find in the mall. A. just try a black t-shirt, and if you can, wear the vest open. you could also use different colors, like green, red, blue etc. skinny jeans would look really good with a pinstipe vest. v-neck shirts work too, just dont get them to low. pac-sun usually has good ones ;)
